CAREERS

This position is to work alongside our Recovery Ministry Missionary and his team to help with the administration, planning, and execution of all aspects of the ministry. The two main areas will be Celebrate Recovery and Josiah’s Place.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Celebrate Recovery

• Ensure that a meal is served each week
• Help schedule, manage, and develop volunteers
  • Meal, production, child care
• Pour into and spiritually provide for leaders

Josiah’s Place

• Explore and research ideas to ensure program success
• Building relationships with recovery facilities and organizations
• Organize calendars for the house
  • Small groups
  • Check-ins
  • Cleaning times
  • Walk-thrus and room checks
• Help support Mike and his check-in team
• Create an accountability plan to ensure rules and policies are met

Other

• Explore other outreach opportunities
• Research eligible grants related to research ministry 

ADDITIONAL: 

• Work scheduled hours, communicate to the Executive Director when you can’t be to work/meetings on time, appointments, vacation, and sick days. 
• Check/Respond to emails/texts/phone calls in a timely manner.
• Attend scheduled meetings, department meetings, and staff meetings and exemplify staff core values.
• Communicate when you need help or training. 
• Worship, read books, podcasts etc. to grow as a leader. 
• Attend at least one corporate worship service a week.
• Attend all church functions, worship services, and meetings as requested by the Executive Team.
