Mike serves here in Clear Lake where he runs the Celebrate Recovery Program that meets in the Blackbox on Thursdays. He is also in charge of Josiah’s Place and the recovery program that takes place there. Mike has a passion for showing men the grace of Jesus through friendship and accountability.

Ashley and her family have been on a mission in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, since 2011. Ashley's ministry focuses on one-on-one discipleship, family discipleship, and leading Bible studies with women at the county jail and in the community. Ashley also ministers to women in recovery and those navigating involvement with child protective services in their family. Walking alongside women and their families through some of the darkest moments in life, while offering the hope and freedom found in Jesus Christ, is the heartbeat of her ministry.

My calling these days is to make myself available, make connections and share therestoring power of Jesus Christ. I reach out daily to many in recovery to encourage them on their path. It is a very powerful way to start the day with a few words of encouragement. It is a blessing to offer a ride to appointments, class, or for a coffee and catch up on what is working well and what needs to be addressed.

Ben Wagner serves as the Live-In House Manager at Josiah's Place, where he mentors men seeking lasting freedom from addiction through a Christ-centered recovery program. After experiencing life transformation as a resident of Josiah's Place himself, Ben now has the privilege of investing in the lives of others by providing daily encouragement, accountability, and spiritual guidance. Passionate about pointing men to the hope and healing found in Jesus Christ, he is committed to helping each resident build a life rooted in faith, sobriety, and purpose.

Katie works for Greater North Iowa Youth for Christ. For more than 14 years, she has led teams, developed leaders, and helped turn vision into reality. She loves helping people grow and thrive, whether that's mentoring ministry directors and site leaders, building healthy teams, or helping create and implement strategic plans across a multi-site ministry serving multiple communities.
