Prayer & Care

At Zion • Clear Lake, we welcome people of all backgrounds to come as they are. We want to walk alongside you through difficult seasons by providing a safe place to find the hope and healing that Jesus promises. Check out the list of our Care Ministries and support groups below.

We also believe the attitude and action of prayer are essential to everything we do and have an eternal impact. We have several resources and opportunities at Zion • Clear Lake to enjoy God together through prayer.

God has called us to be a

House of Prayer

Whether you have a challenge or celebration to lift up to the Lord, our prayer team members are here to come alongside you.

We seek to make it easy for you to request prayer online through a confidential prayer request or in-person in our prayer areas before or after service at any campus.

House of Prayer also meets weekly at Zion on 4th to pray over the congregations as well as holds meetings throughout the year for those who want to grow in their prayer life. If you'd like to join, visit our events page for information on their next event!

God has called us to

Care of One Another

Zion • Clear Lake's Care Ministries desires to help anyone navigating life challenges or crises such as abuse, addictions, anger, anxiety, codependency, depression, divorce, grief, single parent relationships and family dynamics. We strive to extend the love, hope, comfort, and compassion of Jesus Christ to those navigating a time of change, challenge, or life crisis. Let's help you get connected, attend Care Groups and connect with county resourcing.

Our leaders lead by example - they've had their struggles and live in victory over them. All groups follow the group guidelines and close with prayer. All focus on positive growth, life changes, and personal relationships with Jesus.

PASTORAL CARE

We have two Member Visitation Teams that are involved in serving the elderly, those who are ill or those who can no longer make it to church services. Both teams have individuals that have a heart for people, building relationships and caring for others. These teams come together to visit those in hospitals, nursing homes and hospice. We offer prayer, conversation and communion to those interested and share the love of God with them.

Visitation Team
This visits those in hospitals, nursing homes and hospice. We offer prayer and conversation are are looking for people who are interested in sharing the love of God with them.

Communion Visitation Team
This team offers communion to those who can no longer make it to church services. Those serving would share communion with these individuals once a month.
